How to Toilet Train Rabbits?

Naturally, rabbits pick one place or more (usually corners) to drop their urine and their pills. Here are some suggestions to help your rabbit to use the toilet box. Adult rabbits are more easily trained than younger rabbits, especially the younger ones as rabbits’ ability to learn increases when they grow.

In choosing Litter you must concern about:

- Most rabbits spend time in the toilet box
- The rabbit will always try to chew some of the litter
- Rabbit urine has strong odor

It is recommended to use organic litters made from alfalfa, oat, citrus or paper. Avoid litters made from soft wood like pine or cedar shavings or chips, because this litters can cause destruction of the liver in rabbits who use it. Hamster Food at a Glance

Hamsters are rodents, they will eat anything they find- even more food with sweet taste. They do not think whether the food is harmful or not. If you give them anything to eat, they can become fat, and often can make them sick. You must pay attention to their instinct to hide food in the nest. There are some foods in their storage that has become rotten and could problems. As a hamster lover, you should taking care their nutrition.

Hamsters love sunflower seeds like other rodents. Sometimes the seed is often stated as the main nutrient source but that’s not true. In the wild, sunflower seed is an important source of nutrients thus it can be understood that hamster are crazy about this sunflower seeds. But for the hamster, the sunflower seed is too fatty to eat every day. Obesity is not good for hamsters. You should give seed sun as gifts / treats. The maximum daily amount is between three to five seeds. This method also can help you to tame or making good friends with the hamsters quickly. By feeding the sunflower seeds with your hands, your hamster will recognize you as a good keeper.
